I had issues with bloating, stomach aches and intolerance of some spices. Colon ecology was so helpful. First , day 1 l felt lighter and more positive l cant explain the feeling. Days that followed my issues subsided. Im in a better state now and would recommend anyone with similar problems to try the product.

This is by far the best gut product I have tried. Helped so much with constipation, and indigestion. I feel lighter, having normal bowel movement daily. I recommend this especially for gut and skin related issues
