These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sanreek’s website, products, and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Sanreek

Sanreek (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional services, including but not limited to digital solutions, consulting, and related business services, as offered from time to time.

3. Services

  • All services are provided subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Specific service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing (quotation, proposal, or contract).

  • Sanreek reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Cooperate reasonably to enable service delivery

  • Ensure that any materials, content, or instructions you provide do not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws

Sanreek will not be liable for delays or failures caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are as quoted and agreed upon prior to commencement of services.

  • Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by Sanreek remains our property until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

  • Sanreek retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios or marketing materials.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Data Protection and POPIA

Sanreek processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

  • Distribute malicious software

  • Copy or misuse website content without permission

Sanreek reserves the right to restrict access to the website where misuse is detected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Sanreek shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, Sanreek makes no guarantees that services or website content will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • In accordance with agreed contractual terms

  • Immediately where there is a material breach of these Terms

Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

13. Force Majeure

Sanreek shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, power outages, internet failures, or government actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa shall have jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

Sanreek reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
