At Sanreek Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  1. Unused and in their original packaging.
  2. In the same condition that you received them.
  • Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened food products, supplements, or personal care items. We reserve the right to reject exchanges of certain products should their nature be affected by storage and handling factors.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@sanreek.co.za.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
